On Thursday April 3, 2008, the University of Pennsylvania held a Foreign Policy Forum with Obama's Foreign Policy team. Some of the topics discussed were International law and national security, health care, relations with Latin America and Russia. The Foreign Policy team consisted of Denis McDonough, Paul Bucha, Susan Rice and Richard Danzig.
